Let's talk about tootsies.

Ahh, feet. Some people love 'em (in a weird way). Some people hate 'em (as in get seriously creeped out by them, which I think is weird, too). Some people just... have them. I fall into the last category. I have feet. Don't care one way or the other about them.

I'm one of those girls that goes barefoot everywhere I'm legally allowed to. Don't get me wrong - I have a serious (and kind of obnoxious) obsession with shoes - but only when I actually HAVE to wear them. If I'm not required to wear them, then I'm barefoot. That's just how I roll.
That being said, going barefoot means my feet don't always look super-pretty. In fact... sometimes they look super-ugly. Sigh. It seems like the only way I can get them nice and soft again is to get a pedicure. Pedicures are a nice treat, but they're expensive!! I only get one every 6 months or so. During the in-between time, I just put up with dry, calloused heels on my feet. Such is life, right?

Uhh, not anymore.

I was sent the Emjoi MicroPedi to try. It looks like this:

Looks pretty intense, right?

It is.

It's VERY intense... in the best way possible.

I used it last week when my feet were looking particularly manly. It's like a pumice stone on crack! You turn it on and it's like putting your feet on a tile cutter (minus the pain). Calloused skin comes flying off! (Sorry. That might be gross. Whatevs.) It took me about 5 minutes to get all the dry, calloused skin off my feet. Afterwards, I felt like I had just gotten a pedicure. My feet felt awesommmmeeeee.

It helps with working out, too! It's just not comfortable to be working hard on calloused feet. Duh. Soft feet? Yep. Feels pretty darn good.

Would I recommend the MicroPedi?

You bet your sweet bippy I would.

Will I be buying one for all of my lady relatives and friends for Christmas (and perhaps a few gentlemen)?

Well, I'm not saying, because some of them read my blog.

Want one? Get yourself one!! Go here!
