Okay, today, I've decided to blog about a product that's very near and dear to my heart...

Shakeology!

First of all, let me start by saying, YES, I do sell this. Let me also say that NO, I'm not just blogging about it because I sell it- I'm blogging about it because IT WORKS. I've been selling it for several months but am just now using it consistently and seeing the benefits- that's why I haven't blogged about it before.

So here goes.

Shakeology is a protein shake (I know... by the name, I bet you were expecting something else!). This is more than just a protein shake, though. It helps you lose weight, feel energized, improves your digestion and, ahem, "regularity" (let's get real- it helps you poop like you're supposed to. Just sayin'.), and can even help lower your cholesterol.

Plus, it tastes great, not going to lie. I haven't tried the Greenberry flavor yet- that one is coming to me this week and I'll let you know what I think- but the Chocolate flavor is AWESOME! Seriously. They have Shakeology recipe books, but I like the taste straight up. Sometimes I'll throw in a banana and some Better 'n' Peanut Butter, but most of the time I just put in a scoop of Chocolate Shakeology and some water or almond (or coconut) milk and mix 'er up... yum, yum!

Here's my big thing- I'm a snacker. We learned this when I posted about it here a while back. With Shakeology, I have a shake after I exercise in the morning (usually about 6:30-7am). I'm not hungry again until around 12 or 12:30pm!! That's a BIG deal for me... I'm ALWAYS hungry- but not anymore!!

It also seriously gives me a boost of energy. Like I said, I drink mine in the mornings... but the energy lasts all day. I feel AWESOME throughout the entire day!
