Okay, this post goes out to my gluten-free diet friends- but it's not just for them! It's for the rest of you, too!
I know that a lot of y'all have Celiac Disease or have bodies that struggle to process gluten. Sometimes it's hard for you guys to find foods that are gluten-free but still taste good. I tried some gluten-free cookies a few months ago and just about gagged- naaaaasty!!
Fortunately, not all gluten-free cookies are created equally. And I'm here to introduce you to some gluten-free snacks that are incredibly tasty AND good for you- even you people who can eat gluten freely, like me. :)
Kay's Naturals is a line of DELICIOUS low-calorie, high protein, gluten-free snacks. I got to try a whole box of different goodies, and each one was SO tasty!
They have cereals, pretzels, protein chips, and cookies. I tried a bunch of different flavors and, while each one was truly super yummy, my favorites were the Crispy Parmesan Protein Chips, the Jalepeno Honey Mustard Pretzel Sticks, and the Honey Almond Cookie Bites. TO DIE FOR.
I had my aunt, who is limiting her gluten intake, try a bunch of snacks, too. Let me assure you, she keeps it real and gives her honest opinion, and she said that she loved the snacks that she tried!

Thanks for the tip! I found out last fall that I have a wheat intolerance, and I heartily agree that many gluten-free things taste awful. I actually like the taste of healthy stuff, but GF is often so bland. I get so excited when I find something GF that's already made that I find tasty. I'm also a fan of the Back to Nature GF White Cheddar Rice Thins and the Nut Thins (I think made by Emerald) - yummy crunchy crackers that I actually like better than wheat ones.
